Career in retail management - Began career in 1969 with Shillito's until 1986 - Moved to Florida in 1986 when a new opportunity came available with Beall's Department Stores. Before retirement in 2009 at Beall's I was Vice President and General Merchandise Manager. I am extremely fortunate that my Retail career gave me the opportunity to travel to many countries all over the world and develop lasting friendships with the individuals that I did business. My wife and I continue to travel over seas and many annual domestic vacations. Most important is that I have been blessed with a wonderful family.
